someone who's doing some things
Great that Cassette Store day is coming back again this year. I hope it’ll be better supported than before. I’ll be celebrating it of course. Why wouldn’t I?
Nearer the time I’ll try and post details of events and the like, and hopefully I’ll get along to some too.
So it seems that we’re getting audio units on iOS, and more than that we’re getting audio units that go across both iOS and OSX. All in one go. Now that will be interesting, or at least it could be. The down side from my perspective is that I think it makes mobile more and more like desktop computer music. I’m not entirely sure that’s a good thing.
It looks like fun! I’m looking forward to having some fun with this.
I’ve never had a TX before. I stopped at the T3 and didn’t own any of the PDA models that came after, but went for the Treo smartphones at that point.
But I’ve got this for a specific project, and as I get to it I’ll let you know.
I put up some pictures of Unknown Public 1 and I thought I’d continue with that and show the next in the series. From issue two I moved from cassette to CD, as you can see.
Now that’s a shame. No more texts from GCal! I’m going to miss those a lot. I’ll just have to work out a better way of getting notifications. Probably have to use IFTTT for that, so something.
Which is great news. I’ve been a fan for years so I’m really looking forward to this album, apparently it’s called “Music Complete”. It’s not going to be available until the 25th of September, but that’s ok.
I’ve been waiting to see when smart straps would arrive for the Pebble Time. This one looks really cool, the only down side is the wait before they’re manufactured. It’s a whole year away! I guess I’ll wait. I’m sure there’ll be other people making smart straps in the interim.
