The only other thing that littleBits could do ..

Would be to add an IFTTT channel all of its own. I’ve no idea how that would work of course, but they seem to have been able to do everything else so far, so why not? Of course, it might not be such a strange idea. They’ve already announced their cloud module, although there isn’t a huge amount of detail available about it.

Added to the fact that they also announced this not so long ago, and this littleBits thing is going to start to get expensive soon. Although, probably, that ship has sailed already.

This is a really exciting development in the littleBits world and will hopefully open up loads of possibilities. It’s just a shame that it won’t be available until Q3 this year. I just hope it lives up to my expectations.

Getting some more littleBits time

I finally got some time today to do some more stuff with my littleBits kit. Using the new stuff to get some different outcomes with my kit. It’s so much fun to make stuff with the kit. So many interesting sounds that you can get out of it. Of course I could buy more bits and expand my kit almost for ever. I don’t think it would be too healthy if I did that from a financial point of view though.

So instead I’m starting to try out connecting the kit to other stuff. I already tried this with the molecule synth, which I will try again as it goes, but one of the new bits I got was the mic bit which also has a line input which should allow for some more creative connections.

As always, there’ll be videos …
