I’ve started working on my next musical project which is called ‘Back and Forth‘. It’s a lot different to my last little project, ‘Micro Process‘. Instead it is based on a series of field recordings made using RJDJ and then processed with some other applications.
I hope to have it done by the end of the month, but you know about plans right?
Anyway, I’m looking forward to getting some more work done on it and experimenting, because that’s the best part!
I’m listening to this amazing programme on BBC radio 4 about music produced from telegraph wires. Some truly awesome sounds. Really worth listening to if you’re interested in field recording or things like it.
Here’s the link to the programme at the BBC.
I haven’t used this app / service in ages now and then I noticed it again yesterday and thought that I should take a look again.
It seems that Audioboo has come on quite a way since I last used it and it could be quite a convenient way of making and sharing interesting recordings. I think I’ll need to spend a bit of time getting used to it again and see if it fits the bill.
