What’s not to like right? It is my favourite genre of fiction by a long way indeed.
I decided that I wanted to watch the whole of Stargate SG-1, every episode. There are in fact 213 episodes of Stargate SG-1 and I’ve now watched them all. All in order, and I’m glad I did. It was really enjoyable, and, for the most part the series was good. I even watched the TV movie that followed.
I’m considering watching Stargate Atlantis now. That’s a mere 100 episodes!
I more or less stumbled upon the mini series, but I thought that it was a great idea and a brilliant execution of that idea as well. I didn’t realise that they hadn’t been funded for more than a single series. It’s a shame as it didn’t really have a proper ending. I think it could have done really well.
Sadly we’ll never know unless somehow the series gets picked up again.

After a long time I’ve come back to this series. It was quite entertaining after the first series. I’ve been watching series five for a while and it isn’t bad. A few story turns that I just didn’t really get and that seemed pointless in a way. Aside from that it’s been good. Even though it appears to be the series that brings the whole thing to a final conclusion.
So it’s good. It’s been enjoyable on the whole, and, unlike other TV science fiction series, it has come to an end, and I like that a lot.

And I’m really looking forward to it. I’ve been waiting very patiently since it was first announced and today is the day! I may have to post about this a lot. Just saying, so as you know.
What an amazing cast Big Finish has put together for this series. I’m really looking forward to hearing it very soon.
Another good story in the Torchwood series. I wasn’t sure I would like it at the beginning, but as the story progressed it grew on me and in the end I quite enjoyed it. The series has been building nicely over the months. I’m looking forward to each new episode as they come.
These are the old Nicholas Courtney episodes which I thought I’d like to. He had an excellent voice and always carried a show. It is strange to hear him when you know he’s gone, but it’s good to remember what an awesome actor he was and what a great character The Brigadier was too.
