Edinburgh Festival: The Bridge by Benjamin Scheuer
To say that this was a moving performance would be a huge understatement. It was incredibly emotional and Benjamin poured his heart and soul into it. I love the songs and the craftsmanship that they showed. In fact, so much so that I bought the album on vinyl. It’s well worth it.
His material is also available for free on SoundCloud too.
European Splendour EP from John Foxx and Jori Hulkkonen
I’ve always liked the collaborations between John Foxx and Jori Hulkkonen and this is no exception. This time I bought the CD / 12″ bundle, which is really nice. I did take me a little while to get into the tracks, but having taken the time to listen to them properly I really like them now.
