Which is brilliant, as I think that these go beyond what I’d hoped that they would add. I thought it would be great if we just got MIDI, but this is awesome. I’m looking forward to getting my hands on these and connecting my littleBits kit to a bigger musical world.
Category: Making things
I do like to make things, although I’m really not that good at it

Getting some more littleBits time
I finally got some time today to do some more stuff with my littleBits kit. Using the new stuff to get some different outcomes with my kit. It’s so much fun to make stuff with the kit. So many interesting sounds that you can get out of it. Of course I could buy more bits and expand my kit almost for ever. I don’t think it would be too healthy if I did that from a financial point of view though.
So instead I’m starting to try out connecting the kit to other stuff. I already tried this with the molecule synth, which I will try again as it goes, but one of the new bits I got was the mic bit which also has a line input which should allow for some more creative connections.
As always, there’ll be videos …
Here’s the new littleBits kit stuff
Looking forward to getting to grips with some new bits

A brief look at what D-Pod 2 does
But hopefully it’ll do a lot more at some point.
D-Pod 2: Test compile to make sure it still works
This was a first step in starting the process of changing this application to start working on it again. It’s good to see that it still works and compiles.
