According to them there’s going to be a bunch of deals coming today, starting from 9am. So it could be an expensive day really! Who knows (pun intended). I’ll be watching their site like a hawk of course and if there’s something truly startling I may even post about it. We’ll see.
“Hey Jimmy, this here’s Dennis Garot. Remember me? From the Army. I’m stuck here in town. How about I come over and bunk with you, buddy?”
“It’s Doc Jones. What did you do to the hand, son? Three fractured knuckles! You hit somebody?”
“I staked out that guy only it didn’t work out like you said. Please call me. Room 234. County Hospital.”
“This is the message phone company. I see you’re using our unit, now how about paying for it?”
“This is the blood bank. If you don’t have malaria, hepatitis, or TB, we’d like to have a pint of your blood.”
“It’s Aundra. Remember last summer at Pat’s? I’ve got a twelve hour layover before I go to Chicago. How about it?”
So I’ve had this device for a little while. It works. It does exactly what it says it would, I can use it for Spotify and it works just great with that. But that’s not the problem. Not at all. The problem is that I don’t really have a use for it as yet.
Now I only got this device as it was on sale, down from £30 to £15, which I thought was a good deal, in fact a great deal. So I got it. Now I don’t know what to do with it really. Since getting it I’ve only used it on a couple occasions. Granted, it’s worked fine both times, but both were to test it out to see how it worked. Now I know. I also know that I don’t really need it either.
I know it’ll be useful for something, or if I get rid of it it’ll become useful straight away. That’s happened plenty of times before too. So I won’t just get rid of it for the sake of it. But it does need a reason to be kept about.
“Really want Shim in the seventh? C’mon, that nag couldn’t go a mile in the back of a pickup truck. Call me.”
