The latest episode in the current season of Blake’s 7 has just come out so I’m looking to listening to it very soon. If it’s anything like as good as the episodes so far it’ll be brilliant.

The cult 70’s / 80’s science fiction series which has continued to be loved by fans to this day. I still love the TV show and more recently the audio stories.
Blake’s 7: Ghost Ship
Another good story from Big Finish. I’ve enjoyed the full cast series of Blake’s 7 a lot more than the liberator chronicles, although the few of those I’ve listened to have been good too. I think that there’s something special about a full cast drama. It is probably my favourite kind of audiobook.
This series has been consistently good as is this story. I won’t give anything away just in case you’re going to listen to it. But suffice it to say that there’s an interesting story arc building and I’m keen to hear where it goes.
It’s a great series all in all. So much so that I really don’t want it to end. I just hope that they keep making them.
Oh yes, and one other thing, this is now post 2000! I couldn’t think of any particular science fiction show or really anything else to commemorate the 2000th post on my blog, so I thought that Blake’s 7 was as good, if not better, than anything else.
Blake’s 7: Big Finish Season 2
I’ve started listening to the next Big Finish season of Blake’s 7 audio adventures. Of course, they’re brilliant. What else would I expect? I’ve only heard the first few episodes and so far I’m really enjoying them. I do hope that Big Finish keeps up the impetus.
Blake’s 7: Cold Fury
I finally got to listen to this today. Ironically it was the day that the final episode in the series got released, so I’m glad I listened to it now rather than leaving it any longer.
It was a slightly confusing story, but good. Probably I’ll listen to the entire series all in one go later in the year hopefully, and I’m sure I’ll get a lot more out of it at that point.

Another awesome looking story from Blake’s 7 and Big Finish. I’m really looking forward to hearing this one soon.
Blake’s 7: Mirror
I have been really enjoying this season of Blake’s 7 stories, the arc has been great and each individual story has been good on its own as well, and this story was no different at all. The cast are really good together and the production quality is very high.
I think I might have to listen to them all again even before the next one is out.
Blake’s 7: Drones
Another great Blake’s 7 story from Big Finish, which follows on very nicely from the previous episode. I’m hooked on these now!
Blake’s 7: Battleground
I really should have subscribed to the latest Blake’s 7 series. It is excellent. I love that it’s a full cast drama rather than a narration. These stories are so like the original TV series that they’re a joy to listen to.
Blake’s 7: Warship
I listened to this again today, a great story, a really good jaunt back to the original series. I think I’m going to have to give in and start buying the latest series.
Blake’s 7: The Liberator Chronicles – Wolf
Another good story from the liberator chronicles. In keeping with the original stories and quite a lot of fun to listen to. I really should get the other box sets at some point too.
