Don’t go to a huge amount, but a few, and that’s ok.

These are instruments from a show that I saw at the Edinburgh Festival last month. It was one of the best things I’ve seen. I’ll be explaining more soon.

A great venue that I went to in Edinburgh last month and saw the most awesome show called ‘Swamp Juice’.

The summer in programmes and catalogues (2)

Another routine stop in the summer schedule. The GBBF is a must every year, and always has plenty to enjoy. From some excellent food and music, to beer, and more beer, and then some more beer!

You might see a pattern emerging here …

Oi Va Voi at WOMAD

Since I heard their first album I’ve been a fan of Oi Va Voi and it was great to see them at WOMAD this year. They were fantastic live, a great band to watch. I hope they do another album soon.

I think that this is a better shot of the flowers from WOMAD.

WOMAD, Flags, and gravitating

It’s like a tradition really. I have to take pictures of the flags at WOMAD every year. I just gravitate towards them. But they are lovely, and this really is a great picture of them too.

Inside the Tiny Tea Tent

The Tiny Tea tent is a favourite place during WOMAD. Their Apple and Cinamon drink thing is fantastic and it is always a great place to hang out.

I didn’t get to spend much time there on Saturday, but it was good to visit anyhow.
