It’s nice and easy to fit on the back of the Olegtron itself and works fine. Very straightforward indeed.

Inside the Olegtron 4060
I thought I’d take a quick picture of the inside of the Olegtron 4060. It’s really quite nice on the inside too.
Looks like there’s another module coming from Olegtron
Having got the first module for the Olegtron it seems that there’s more to come in the not too distant future as well. Apparently there’s a PWM module (pulse width modulation) coming as well. I’ll be keeping an eye out for that, and I’ll let you know when it’s available.
Olegtron 4060: 7 bit saw module arrives
Well I’ve been waiting for this for ages! Ok, not ages, in reality just a few days, but it feels like ages, and now I need to wait until tomorrow to try it out.

Olegtron module ordered!
I posted about the new Olegtron module a little while ago, well now I’m glad to say I’ve got my module ordered thanks to a speedy response to my email from the lovely people at Olegtron. I’m really looking forward to getting it, and you can bet there’ll be pictures once it arrives!
There’s a new Olegtron 4060 plug in board! Who knew?
When I say new, of course I mean, there’s a plug in board. This is a first. Sadly on the Olegtron 4060 site there’s no word about how to buy one of these. Which is a shame as I’d love to get hold of one. So I’ve contacted them to find out and hopefully get hold of one for myself.

I really like the Olegtron 4060. It’s pretty awesome. I haven’t played around with it for ages, so it’s good to try it again and make some sounds.
More Olegtron 4060 fun
I should use this a lot more than I currently do. It is so much fun. I’m not sure exactly what I’m doing, except of course where I get something I like and continue to make sounds with it.
