When I heard about Elisabeth Sladen’s untimely death it took a while to sink in, but when reading about her in the countless tributes that have been written in the last couple of days I find myself immensely moved by her passing.
I’ve always been a fan of Doctor Who and especially Tom Baker’s Doctor. Her role as a companion and then her later excellent spin off series are fantastic and it is such a shame that there will be no more.
She will be missed by many across a wide spectrum of ages.
The world is a less vibrant place now.

As you may have heard Mick Karn passed away this afternoon. His music has been an inspiration to me for many years. His talent and creativity will live on after him and he will be remembered as an incredible musician.
