What a great gig from a couple of weeks ago. He played all the favs and was awesome. I can’t believe that next year will be 40 years of bad manners. It doesn’t seem possible to me. I’ll probably go along if I can next year. It would seem rude not to.

When I heard about Elisabeth Sladen’s untimely death it took a while to sink in, but when reading about her in the countless tributes that have been written in the last couple of days I find myself immensely moved by her passing.
I’ve always been a fan of Doctor Who and especially Tom Baker’s Doctor. Her role as a companion and then her later excellent spin off series are fantastic and it is such a shame that there will be no more.
She will be missed by many across a wide spectrum of ages.
The world is a less vibrant place now.
Getting ready for a few things …
As you may have heard Mick Karn passed away this afternoon. His music has been an inspiration to me for many years. His talent and creativity will live on after him and he will be remembered as an incredible musician.

Of course. What else would you expect but more snow! It spoiled a lot of plans for today, but then I’m sure I’m not alone in that.
So my friend tells me, and his blog says it all.
Whilst our snowman is still standing he looks more like a snow demontor now. I wonder how much longer he will last?
